THE PERSON ACROSS THE TABLE
I care about making healthy eating feel practical, understandable, and a little less overwhelming.
I hold a Nutrition & Dietetics Certificate, attained in Ireland, and trained as a medical assistant in Ukraine. My work in design taught me to listen closely and make complicated things easier to use. That same care shapes The Everyday Meal.
We work on the everyday things: what to buy, what to make, and how to keep going when life gets busy. There’s room for your favourite foods, your culture, and being human.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
A little clarity before we pull up a chair.
Both practical tools and personal support. We build a flexible meal rotation around your schedule, preferences, cooking confidence and grocery budget. You receive a personal guide, then we meet again to make it work in real life. There is no rigid menu to follow perfectly.
Adults aged 18 and over who live in Ontario and want help with everyday meals, shopping and food habits. This service is for general healthy-eating support. It does not provide medical nutrition therapy or treatment for health conditions.
Your preferences belong in the plan. We focus on a useful routine and meals you enjoy, with room for restaurants, family traditions and the days that don’t go to plan. No required calorie tracking, weigh-ins or food rules.
No. Tanya holds a Nutrition & Dietetics Certificate, attained in Ireland. Her background also includes medical-assistant training in Ukraine and product design. She offers practical meal-planning and healthy-eating coaching. This service does not replace a registered dietitian or medical care, and it is not represented as an insured dietitian service.
We spend 15 minutes talking about what you want help with, how the four weeks work, and whether the service is suitable. It is a fit conversation, not a nutrition consultation. You do not need to pay or commit to the programme to book the call.
One 60-minute starting session, a personal PDF guide, two 20-minute follow-up sessions, and one written check-in each week for four weeks. Check-ins receive a response within two business days. The service does not include unlimited messaging or urgent support.
Use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation for the free fit call. Paid-programme scheduling, cancellation and refund terms are shared in writing before you pay, so you can review them before making a commitment.
